Lemon & Elderflower
Lemon sponge soaked in elderflower syrup, layered with lemon curd and vanilla buttercream.
Dark Chocolate & Raspberry
Rich cocoa sponge, raspberry jam, chocolate buttercream and a dark ganache drip.
Pistachio & Rose
Ground pistachio sponge, rose-scented cream and fresh strawberries. Lightly floral, never soapy.
Salted Caramel
Brown-butter sponge, slow-cooked caramel sauce, caramel buttercream and flaky sea salt.

Gluten-free sponges are available for the lemon and chocolate cakes for an extra $8. Our kitchen handles nuts, so we cannot guarantee any cake is nut-free.
